INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT
It is the agreement of the company and the contractor in view of promises and mutual agreement by each other agree:

The contractor is solely liable for damage, loss or misplacement of the company’s properties at the location of this job.

Non Complete Agreement
