Introduction
In 1965 the civil parish of Chipping Ongar was abolished and incorporated with the Greensted and Marden Ash civil parishes to form the current civil parish of Ongar (Office of the National Statistics, 2007). By taking statistical data the government is enabled to direct its resource to projects that need urgent response and hence not only improving the living standard of people but also increasing their life expectancy.
