CAREER GOALS

1. Your career to date (describe what has gone well in your career)?

It can be noted that I have had a better career for the past 5 years.  I have been able to undertake my functions well hence able to run the roles and responsibilities needed by me in a better way. I have been able to undertake my functions in a better way in order to improve the production of the company for the good of the clients as well as the entire organization.

1. What could have been better?

It could be better if I could be able to be given a chance to undertake further training in my area of expertise in order to gain more understanding of the ideals of the job.  This should be in accordance to in-service training that the company offers to its employees.  In addition, the issue that could have better been done is the idea that the organization should have better enumerated me so that I could get better motivation and job satisfaction. This two could have made be a better and more reliable employee for the organization.

1. What do you want to achieve in your career?

I would like to change the HR department in my organization to a better one for excellent results.  In addition, I would like to be the best HR manager in the region due to my outstanding results.

1. What are your career goals 5-10 years from now?

I accordance to the current nature of career production, I would also wish to ensure that the two of the following goals that I dream about should come in the next 5 years:

1. I would like to be the best HR manager in the next 5 years in the region.
2. I would also like to change the current form of HR in my organization to another level since the current level if not acceptable and its leads to the organization failure.

ORGANIZATION AND JOB

1. What do you like about your organization?

There are various things that I like about the organization. The following are the things that I like about the organization. It is ideal that one of the things that I like is that the organizational structure of the organization is outstanding hence why I like it. The other issue that I like of the organization is that prefer the organizational culture. The culture of the organization is highly frame worked hence the progression of the organization.

1. What do you want to change your organization?

There are issues that I would like to change in the organization. One of the issue is training within the organization. The second issue is the remuneration framework of the organization. The organization has been paying its staff low pay for the past 5 years hence it will be better to review the wage as a result of inflation rates.

1. What do you like about your job?

I like the fact that the organization and its employees support change process.  Due to this, I am able to introduce change in the HR department in the organization.

One of the things that I would like to change about the Job my knowledge capacity.  The one I would like to change the ideals that the current Job must be able to accommodate training process that is built on credible employees who have a better will for the future of my career.

1. Thinking about your career to date, what are your key strengths as a leader?

My career is attributed to various strengths such ad honesty and good communication. From the test I noted that I scored 8/10 in both cases, indicating that I was excellent in the idea that honest and communication strengths. The other case is that via communication I have been able to bring together all employees to work towards the success of the organization hence consider it as a strength.

The following are the key words that I accord to my personality:

1. What are your strengths as suggested by your profile?

As suggest by my profile, I consider that my strengths are communication and honesty. This two has been able to make me a success of a leader I am.

1. What development areas do you need to work on?

As I leader, I consider that there are various weaknesses. One of them is the ideals of ensuring that should be improved is to improve decision making process. As a leader I need this skills to be able to improve my leadership skills and potentials.

1. In what areas do you need to develop your leadership capability?

I need to improve my sustainability strategies as a leader.  Being able to make decisions that are sustainable and also to allow elaborate communication between employees.  As this is a success factor and production capabilities. In addition, I would also need to change my strategic approach as a leader.  This will be able to boost my policy development.

Significant Others

1. Who are the significant others in your life? (Ex. Boss, father, mother, wife, etc).

There are two people that have been significant in my life. One of the people that made to the person I am today is my father.  He was the ideal person who was able to integrate the ideals of the person I am.  He was able to craft the honesty and good communication I have today.  The other person who I consider as vital in my life is. The immediate boss or manager.  He is a leader who is able to guide through a junior member to a successful leader. He was able to guide me through to a leader I am today.

1. How many brothers and sisters do you have? What is your birth order in your Family?

I have three brothers and 2 sister. I am the first in the family followed by the other but our last sibling is girl.

1. How are your significant others helping you in your career development?

They have been able to give me the motivation of working in order to meet the needed needs of a leader.  For example, my dad crafted my honest character as well as my communication potentials. The other case is that my boss has always guided me to be a good leader via several leadership redevelopments.

1. What are you happy about?

One of the things am happy about my career is that I have been able to be the person I am today.  I have also been able to attain the needed leadership skills.

1. How is your relationship with people? What could be better?

I have one of the best relationships that a leader can have with the people he leads. I believe that better relationship with others in the organization is the best way to guide through leadership. The ideals of a leader can only be crafted from the ability of collaborating with others in the workplace.

1. What are your key values (those that are important to you) underpinning your choices in life?

The first key value that adds to my success today is the ability to be accountable to all the things that I do or undertake as a HR manager in my organization as well as to other life issues. The other value that has been underpinning factor to me is the fact that I have been able to accept the changes that come out of my career work or out of life issues.

I do not like repeating issues to my employees. I prefer saying one things at a time.

ON LEADERSHIP

1. What are your views on leadership?

I consider that leadership is a just a step and not a process that can be natured. Leader are born and note natured.

2. What is helping you to become an effective leader?

Just improving my leadership qualities that I previous was born with.

3. What hinders you to become an effective leader?

The issues that hinder me from becoming a leader are diverse. One of the primary one and will be hilhited here is accuracy in things I do as a leader.
