I am against Warren’s view that abortion should be permitted. Since its life had already started based on the fact that even in the uterus down to the womb the fetus still grow until nine months where it is still considered fully developed, and there is nothing which can improve or expand when it is dead thus I am riding away warren point that fetus is not a human being.
It is also a fool idea to claim that women should be given freedom of abortion in case they feel like the pregnancy will affect their health and freedom of movement. These are so since it is only the doctor who can recommend that the pregnancy will interfere with the life of the mother, but she cannot just decide on her own. However, in case of such occurrence, the medical practitioners may not go to abortion option direct since it can even turn worse causing the death of the expectant mother and the fetus at the same time, but they can suggest that the mother to bear the child through caesarian thus eliminating the danger which might have associated with pregnancy.
Abortion cannot also be permitted based on the fact that it will interfere with the mother’s freedom of movement. These because pregnancy can never prevent a woman from moving from one place to another, but that movement is a good exercise which always facilities smooth delivery without causing various complications. It even opens the path of the baby. Thus it cannot be used to permit abortion. Furthermore, in the woman feel that the pregnancy can curtail her movement she can wreak to get a test-tube baby who will grow inside the testable while they continue with their activities and there is always nothing like unwanted pregnancy apart from those who always results from rape. Therefore there is no point of permitting abortion since there are still possible ways of curbing abortion; thus, Warren view should not be allowed as it will also affect the nation by reducing their population.
Reasons for Disagreement of Warrens View
The disagreement on Warren ideas is based on four primary considerations; that is all fetuses’ human beings, every person as a full right to live, every fetus as a right to life and finally the fact that abortion is wrong. All these were used to challenge Warren’s view base on the fact that the fetuses are always people, and each person has a right to life; thus, there is no reason to permit abortion. They also suggest that if abortion is wrong, it cannot be followed by the fact that everyone has a life to live to mean that if something as a full right to live it does not offer the opportunity for it to be killed. These were clear since everybody agrees with the fact that it is wrong to kill except in a situation where one his defending himself.
The right to life and abortion are much more comprehensive than one can quickly notice. These are based on Warren idea that the mother can decide what happens to her body, something that might outweigh the fetus right to life. Where she was considered to be wrong because the fetus is not the part of mothers body thus the mother does not have the right to interfere with its growth except in an occasion of self-defense (Warren, 2017). It also defends the pregnancies which result from rape cases claiming that they don’t need to be aborted base on the fact that they are innocent and in a situation of aborting them, it will be considered as a means of discrimination.
The idea was refuted further because the fetus is always innocent but not a thief or a burglary which is trying to harm the mother. Therefore ejecting it will be like inviting a Good Samaritan in your house then forcefully removing him through the window something abnormal since a Good Samaritan is always loved same to the innocent fetus. But it was suggested that even if the fetus is removed, it should be in the right way without harming him or also making him make him survive in the external surrounding (Thomas, 2016). To make the situation worse, abortion being illegal act it has many side effects, and the significant side effect is the death of the fetus followed by various complications which may make the mother barren forever thus causing her to regret in a stage where she will be really in need of the kid. Therefore there is no opportunity to conduct abortion and to curb it the government will also extend federal funds to poor women to take care of their children and such law policies implementation will always be adhered to and in case of their violation one will be arrested. The fund will also help in removing the idea that I cannot feed the children due to lack of money; thus, I have to abort them. However, that will be a word of past, and all the fetus will get a chance to live to their dreams thus increasing the national population and also eliminating all the health effects related to abortion since nobody will go through that channel again due to one reason or the other unless medical practitioners recommend it.

Abortion is something that is not good for all human beings. It has many effects such as denying the innocent infant the opportunity to live and enjoy life; it can also cause health problems to the mother such as excessive bleeding with may go to the extent of causing death thus the family may experience two loses. Furthermore, it can create an internal effect on the mother in that when she uses the wrong drugs he may be barren forever thus missing the opportunity of getting another child something that always makes them bitter and stresses them all the time therefore some continuously develop stigma which at the end of the day still cause their death. Hence to curb abortion, the government should develop laws which will prevent medical practitioners from engaging in the practices, and anyone finds doing it will be served with a dismissal letter and arrested with immediate effects. They should also prevent the act of aborting the accidental pregnancies, which come as a result of rape by providing them with incentives of the building of orphanages where they will live to avoid being deprived right to life.
